Problems with checkout
Most likely issues:
1. Order info isn't filled out properly: all fields marked with * (name, phone, email, address, etc) must be filled out.
2. Not enough money on the card.
Anyway, we can always take your order over the phone or email (payment options: card, bank transfer, PayID, PayPal).
Tracking
We always send two confirmations:
1. When an order is received
2. When it has been shipped
That said, sometimes email servers put the confirmations in junk mail folder or just delete them.

Delivery
Cast Net HQ offers free delivery within Australia. Express shipping is also available.

Payments
We accept Visa and Mastercard via our state-of-the-art secure Square payment gateway.
We do not keep your credit card data.
